These Terms of Service govern the outdoor staging, lawn care, and listing-prep services provided by Latitude 51 Staging (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to real estate professionals, property managers, homeowners, and investors (“you”) in Calgary and surrounding areas.

1. Services

We provide curb-appeal services including lawn mowing, edging, trimming, yard cleanup, mulch refresh, light planting, seasonal decor, porch styling, and exterior tidying. The exact scope is defined in the quote or package you select.

2. Quotes and Bookings

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. A booking is confirmed once we receive the required deposit and you accept the proposed service date. All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include GST unless noted.

3. Deposits and Payment

Most packages require a deposit at booking, with the balance due on completion. Deposits are processed through Stripe. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled service, the deposit may be forfeited.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may reschedule without penalty with at least 48 hours’ notice. Weather-dependent work may be rescheduled by us for safety and quality reasons.

5. Site Access and Safety

You must provide safe access to the property and disclose any hazards, underground utilities, irrigation systems, or pets. We are not liable for damage caused by undisclosed hazards.

6. Satisfaction and Warranty

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the completed service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge, where reasonable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for lost sale value, lost rental income, or other indirect damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with an effective date.
